The Latin XL Summer course is a 6-week intensive program designed to maximize your summer learning opportunity. This compact timeframe allows you to gain significant proficiency in Latin without disrupting your regular academic year activities.

• Summer A: Runs from June 10 through July 22, with classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 AM to 12 PM EST OR 5 PM to 6 PM EST.
• Summer B: Runs from July 23 through August 29, with classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 AM to 12 PM EST OR 5 PM to 6 PM EST.

Both sessions are strategically scheduled to ensure students can attend without conflicting with typical summer activities, making it easier for students to commit and engage fully.

• Week 1-2: Introduction to Latin Basics - Dive into the essentials of Latin grammar and vocabulary. Learn common phrases and basic sentence structures to start forming your own sentences.
• Week 3-4: Building on Foundations - Expand your vocabulary and grasp on more complex grammatical structures. Start reading and understanding simple Latin passages and engage in basic conversations.
• Week 5-6: Practical Applications and Conversational Latin - Focus on using Latin in practical scenarios that enhance your speaking and comprehension skills. Participate in simulated conversations and storytelling sessions that solidify your fluency and prepare you for advanced studies.
• Interactive Components: Each lesson includes interactive segments, utilizing our unique VIA (Vivid, Interactive, Adaptive) method, to ensure lessons are not only informative but also engaging and suited to various learning styles.
